Begin the Conversation Seminar

BeginTheConversation.org is a public education initiative sponsored by Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter to encourage people to identify and communicate their health care choices. 

At any time, people may be unable to communicate their health care choices as a result of an injury or serious illness.  This process, called advance care planning, encourages understanding and identifying possible health care choices, talking about decisions with loved ones and doctors, and putting plans in writing to be ready if needed.  Having a plan makes it easier to ensure that wishes are honored.
